Towercap. From no outbound to a deal they couldn't reach alone.

An early-stage startup with no outbound motion, and target accounts it couldn't reach on its own. We built the message, the audience and the cadence from zero. Six weeks later the first sales call was on the calendar.

The first deal we closed was very significant, with a large business we almost certainly would never have reached without the assistance. The cost is a tiny fraction of an internal resource.

What we ran

  • ›ICP: enterprise buyers in a niche product category.
  • ›Channels: LinkedIn and email, with the tone and message built to sound like them.
  • ›The whole motion owned: list building, sequencing, replies.
  • ›In effect, the in-house BD function they didn't have yet.

Why it worked

A startup with no outbound needs the whole motion built, not a list. We wrote the message in their voice, defined the audience and set the cadence, then owned list building, sequencing and replies.

First booked sales call in about six weeks. The first closed deal was with a large enterprise they could not have reached alone, at a small fraction of the cost of an in-house hire.
