Silverfort. 25+ enterprise clients from cold outbound.
An identity security platform fighting for time with C-level gatekeepers, and scaling nobody could predict. We took over the enterprise GTM motion and ran it for two years. Outbound became a channel they could forecast against.
We've been working together for a little over two years now. They delivered 500+ high level enterprise leads, and we ended up securing around 150 qualified sales opportunities.
What we ran
- ›ICP: Fortune 1000 security leadership. CISOs, VPs, IAM and DevSecOps leads.
- ›Channels: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo and lemlist.
- ›Every target account mapped to its decision makers before a single message went out.
- ›Multichannel cadences, messaging A/B tested as we went.
- ›Event campaigns coordinated at exec level.
The numbers
- 500+enterprise leads
- 200+booked meetings
- 150+qualified opportunities
- 25+new enterprise clients signed
- 83%lower customer acquisition cost
Why it worked
Two years is long enough to learn an account base. Every Fortune 1000 target was mapped to its decision makers before the first message, so a reply from a VP never had to be re-routed. The cadence ran across LinkedIn and email at the same time, and the messaging changed whenever the A/B numbers said it should.
Event campaigns at exec level did the rest. A CISO who had seen the name in a sequence took the booth meeting. That is why 200+ meetings turned into 150+ qualified opportunities instead of 150 polite conversations.
The number that mattered to Silverfort was the 83% drop in acquisition cost. Outbound became a channel they could forecast against.
